Advanced Sessions

These sessions are designed for those that can safely demonstrate competency in Kettlebell fundamentals. The objective of these sessions is to incorporate kettlebell fundamentals into kettlebell complexes and kettlebell flows

If you can safely and consistently perform the following movements then these classes are for you

  1. The 2 Hand Kettlebell Swing (Hardstyle or Sport)
  2. The Single Hand  Kettlebell Swing (Hardstyle or Sport)
  3. Single Kettlebell Clean
  4. Single Kettlebell Snatch
  5. Windmill
  6. Strict Press
  7. Off-set (asymmetrically loaded) squats, split squats and lunge

Kettlebell Training for 2020: Summer Series 2.0 (Advanced)

  • Time: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:30pm-6:30pm**
  • Dates: 9 Classes  1 October - 29 October
  • Location: Morfit Training Centre.  255 Tache Avenue, 2nd Floor **
  • Class Size: 7ppl
  • No Class Substitutes

Classes are lead by a Level 1, Agatsu Certified Kettlebell Instructor

**LOCATION NOTES: Keeping with requirements for physical distancing, we will be training in Stage Area in Coronation Park on the Corner of Tache and Eugenie. We will meet at Morfit and bring the kettlebells over.

You can also bring your own kettlebells.

Other items to bring:

  1. Sunscreen
  2. Towel
  3. Water bottles with water
  4. Bug spray
  5. Sun hat
  6. Chalk

The kettlebell training and education in these 9 Classes will be strictly kettlebells.
Aside from our warm-up and movement prep, only kettlebells will be used for our strength training programming. 

Our small group of 7 people will receive focused and specific coaching to ensure that you are safely and consistently executing your movements in the best manner for you.

 Kettlebell Training: Summer Series (2.0)  will commence 4 August 2020
