Kettlebell Fundamentals Class

Kettlebell Fundamentals is designed for those new to kettlebell training or have spent sometime away from their kettlebells.

If you are looking to improve upon - or learn the following the movements these classes are for you.

  1. The 2 Hand Kettlebell Swing
  2. The Single Hand  Kettlebell Swing
  3. Single Kettlebell Clean
  4. Single Kettlebell Snatch
  5. Kettlebell Carries
  6. Off-set (asymmetrically loaded) squats, split squats and lunge

Kettlebell Training: Fundamentals (3.0): Fall Series 2.0

  • Time: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 4:15pm-5:30pm**
  • Dates: 1 September - 29 September 2020 
  • Location: Morfit Training Centre.  255 Tache Avenue, 2nd Floor **
  • Class Size: 7ppl
  • No Class Substitutes

Classes are lead by a Level 1, Agatsu Certified Kettlebell Instructor

**LOCATION NOTES: Keeping with requirements for physical distancing, we will be training in Stage Area in Coronation Park on the Corner of Tache and Eugenie. We will meet at Morfit and bring the kettlebells over.

You can also bring your own kettlebells.

Other items to bring:

  1. Sunscreen
  2. Towel
  3. Water bottles with water
  4. Bug spray
  5. Sun hat
  6. Chalk

The kettlebell training and education in these 9 Classes will be strictly kettlebells.

Aside from our warm-up and movement prep, only kettlebells will be used for our strength training programming. 

Our small group of 7 people will receive focused and specific coaching to ensure that you are safely and consistently executing your movements in the best manner for you.

Our goal is teaching the fundamentals with a strong strength training focus that will be achieved through the sessions' programming. 

Classes are  scaled for beginners.
