  • Class Size: 5 people

Classes are lead by a Level 1, Agatsu Certified Kettlebell Instructor

The kettlebell training and education in these 12 Classes will be strictly kettlebells.  Aside from our warm-up and movement prep, only kettlebells will be used for our strength training programming. 

Our small group of 5 people will received focused and specific coaching to ensure that you are safely and consistently executing your movements in the best manner for you.

Our goal is teaching the fundamentals with strong strength training focus that will be achieved through the sessions' programming. 

Classes are  scaled for beginners to advanced students.
