What is special about this?
Scroll down and have a close look at this foam roller. Did you notice the 2 patterns in the foam?
Each of these patterns give the user a different surface to use depending on how much specific pressure they are looking for. The flat is best suited for broad areas such as your quads, lats, low back, glutes and hamstrings.
The surface with the Ridged Lines is best suited for areas that require more pressure. The raised ridges allow for more pressure to applied because the surface area of the ridges is smaller.
Why the Hollow Core? If you have ever seen a "pool noodle" you know that foam - especially low density foam - quickly loses its shape when pressure is applied to it.
Even though our foam is high density, we don't believe that is enough. The Hollow Core acts are a structural support for the foam, increasing the effectiveness of your foam rolling and also preserving its shape.
Injuries, stress, exercise... all things that compromise the responsiveness and pliability of your muscles and fascia. This is where myofascial release tools come in!
The Range Roller Hollow Core Foam Roller is perfect for serious Foam Rolling. This is the ideal foam roller for your home, garage gym or fitness centre.
Two feet in length to minimize adjusting and increase versatility, the Range Roller has a ultra dense allowing to reach deeper muscles.
We consider this a "medium" to "intense", or Level 2-3 Foam Roller.
***Caution: White Lion Athletics recommends seeing a professional physical therapist to assess any injuries prior to using any self-myofascial tools.
