Classes are lead by a Certified Steel Mace Instructor.

The Steel Mace training and education in these 5 Classes will be strictly Steel Mace.  Aside from our warm-up and movement prep, only Steel Maces will be used for our strength training programming. 

Our small group of 6 people will received focused and specific coaching to ensure that you are safely and consistently executing your movements in the best manner for you.

Our goal is teaching Steel Mace fundamentals with a focus on strength training that will be achieved through the sessions' programming. 

Classes are  scaled for beginners to advanced students.
