What is "Unconventional Strength"?

Unconventional Strength 2.0

In this class segment our focus will be kettlebell training and we will also  introduce Steel Clubs and Steel Maces over the 4 weeks.

Unconventional strength is being able to move, lift and/or carry heavy, awkwardly shaped objects from their starting point to their destination confidently and safely either alone or with other people.

Our strength is sometimes measured and evaluated in certain contexts and in certain terms. We may have strength in the gym or other training scenarios but we cannot transfer that strength to safely and successfully executing our Activities of Daily Living.

60 min Small Group Training (3-6ppl MAX)

Location: 255 Tache Avenue, Morfit Training Centre <and surrounding area>
