Reserve Order Policy (2023)

A Reserve Order is an order that is placed ahead of inventory arriving in our warehouse. Although the inventory is not in stock, your purchase guarantees that it will be reserved for you when your product(s) are restocked.

Reserve Order products cannot be ordered with products currently in stock.

Example: Item A is a Reserve Order product. Item C is in stock.  A Customer wants both Item A and Item C. 

Two separate orders will need to be placed. 

All Reserve Order sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, exchanges or credits.

Reserve orders are shipped and fulfilled ahead of inventory being released on the website to ensure products are not oversold.

Reserve Orders are shipped within 4 business days  after the inventory physically arrives at our warehouse.
