The majority of band exercises require the band to come in contact with your skin and, most likely, your sweat (as well as the last person's). Cleaning your resistance bands with non abrasive cleaning product and water should be a regular occurrence.
How Do You Clean Your Resistance Bands?
Resistance bands should be hand washed in a pail (or bucket) with warm water and mild soap (any DOVE dish soap will work).
Hand dry them with a towel and hang them to dry over night.
Do not place in the sun to dry.
Make sure they are completely dry before the next use.
