Shipping & Pick-Ups

Our customers appreciate getting on our products as quickly as possible. We strive to accomplish this by offering the following Pick-Up and Shipping services:

US CUSTOMERS (2026)

  • What you pay at the checkout, is the final price. All fees are calculated in Real Time. No additional charges or duties will apply upon delivery.

1) Local Pick-Up - In Winnipeg -

Select Local Pick-up at the checkout so that your order is ready for you when you arrive. Sunday-Friday, you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup by e-mail.

Pick-ups can be made 7 Days a week once you've been notified it is ready for pick-up.  

We deliver within Winnipeg* and ship worldwide.

2)   Winnipeg Delivery:

  • Free Shipping*: within  Winnipeg  PERIMETER CITY LIMITS (over $80).
  • Excluded postal codes: R3R, R3V, R2N, R3X, R2E, R4A, R2Y, R3S. R3Y
  • Locations outside of the PERIMETER CITY LIMITS:  do not qualify for Free Shipping.

Winnipeg Deliveries are made within 48 hours of placing your order. You will be notified if deliveries are delayed. Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays are made the next Business Day.

Please be sure to provide a mobile number with your order if delivery is to an apartment or condo.

3) FREE SHIPPING

White Lion Athletics, periodically, has limited time offers for FREE SHIPPING to Canada and the United States (with minimum order that depend on the promotion that is running)

These Canadian locations are excluded: NT, NU, NL, YT, PE. These United States locations are excluded: US Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii.

4) CANADA WIDE & WORLD WIDE SHIPPING

  • We ship Canada Wide (Canpar, UPS, Purolator, FEDEX, Canda Post)
  • PO BOXES CANNOT BE USED FOR SHIPPING.
  • Shipping options will be provided at the checkout. 

Shipping times depend on the Courier you select during checkout

5) International shipments (outside of Canada & US): 

  • Duties and taxes payable by the Customer.
  • **SPECIAL NOTE (2026) Customers ARE NOT OBLIGATED or REQUIRED to have any COURIER Clear Customs on their behalf. Customers are free and able to clear their own shipments. Check with your National Border Service for details.

5) FLAT RATE (Canada)

Any "Flat Rate Shipping" options do not apply to NWT, Yukon, Nunavut, The Maritimes and remote locations.
