Steel Club Sets

These Steel Club Sets have been put together based on the idea that having two "light" or "medium" weight clubs and a single "heavy" will be good way to build your Steel Club Practice.

Each of the "words" above in quotation marks will mean something different to everyone. Please choose responsibility - regardless of where you are in trainining.

Steel Clubs are found to be very beneficial because of their uneven weight distribution. This also means that a 4kg Steel Club might feel heavier than 4kg dumbbell.

This course provides coaching on the fundamental movements with progressions into more complex techniques such as the swipe, and mill. Whether you're new to fitness in general, or looking to expand your knowledge into the world of heavy clubs, this course will be of benefit to you.
