    Our goal is for your to acquire skills that can be safely and consistently demonstrated, along with understanding appropriate weight loads. This will allow you to get stronger while training and prevent injuries.

    Strength training should have an immediate benefit to your life's work. Your strength should be transferable outside of training so your daily (and seasonal tasks) are executed safely, effectively, and without hesistation.

    Your training will improve as a result of the focused, individualized coaching you receive at our in-person sessions. With your specific needs addressed - and questions answered - you will confidently apply your new skills while training.
