    1.5" Diameter Handle selected to increase the challenge for grip endurance. 6kg weight is ideal for those new to mace training with involved in frequent strength training.

  • 10kg (22lbs) Steel Club

    A heavy club suited for two-hand steel club training. Someone new to clubs will immediately experience the demands to moving it with control. The experienced will find the weight load appropriate for many of the fundamental movements.

    Recovery is essential. The high density lacrosse ball can be used for self-massaging forearms and hand muscles to improve recovery and reduce soreness post training. Use before training is also recommended.

The Steel Club
Shorter lever and more centralized mass distribution. Center of gravity is much closer to the grip. This allows for faster acceleration, ballistic reps.

The Steel Mace
Long lever arm places the center of gravity far from the hands. This increases rotational torque even at lighter loads. Requires the body to control larger arcs of motion.
