Tuesday's with Brian: The Mind of The Man Behind The Muscle

Every Tuesday we get together with Brian Duaqui, White Lion Athletics sponsored athlete.  Brian definitely lives the life he talks about. As a natural athlete and follower IIFYM (if it fits your macros) many people probably wonder how he does what he does.

The guy is in the gym 14 sessions a week. Follow him on instagram: @brian_duaqui_fitness and check out his training.  It's something else.

Over the next few weeks we bring you the Mind of the Man Behind the Muscle. The substance of this man is as impressive as anything else. These videos will give you someone insight into who is and you realize there's much more than you can see.
