Wednesdays: Work on Your Weakness 002- Glutes, Legs & The Bench Press

We're tapping into Lester Hernandez's knowledge once again as bring you another "How-To" segment on the bench press.

If you stop critiquing your bench press and you're likely to get complacent and from there performance starts to slow. It doesn't make any sense to be dogmatic in your approach. If the suggested approach sucks, your own approach gets relatively stronger. If the suggested approach pokes holes in your ideas, then you only stand to benefit.

Episode 002 goes over a bunch of really good information pertaining to how to incorporate leg drive into your bench; how to activate your glutes and optimize your foot position; and we go over unpacking and re-racking the bar with the intention of maintaining  shoulder stability.
