Decembell:  Since 2019, this has been the annual, month-long celebration of kettlebells and kettlebell training hosted by White Lion Athletics. This includes in-person workshops at White Lion  Strong - Gym in Winnipeg and online videos found all of platforms:  Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Tik Tok.

2025 is the first year for dropping something that will keep you focused during December but also focused throughout the year!
