The Level 2 Workshop
Improvement for every level - that is our goal.
We developed Level 2 for those that consistently train with kettlebell swings, cleans, snatches, and Get-Ups.
We provide the coaching, methods, and instruction to effectively execute these exercise and the programming to use get stronger.
We break down each movement and the provide methods for making them more effective. We carefully observe and guide you so you complete the workshop with a good understanding of how to improve and what improvement feels like.

Structured, easy-to-understand exercise instruction to get you stronger. It's simple, challenging and effective. Developed by White Lion Athletics' coaches with a clear intention:

The workshop uses progressive, hands-on drills to teach not just how to perform exercises, but why they work and how to self-correct when training on your own.

Individual coaching with specific feedback and cues to get effective, safe results. Your questions and engagement will shape the workshop and inform our coaching so you receive specific feedback for improvement.

- Foundations First – Mobility and Movement Assessments are performed on all attendees prior Safety Meeting and the skills assessment.
- Essential Patterns – Kettlebell Swing ( 2-H, 1-H, and doubles); Clean, Snatch; Turkish Get-Up.

- Live Q&A & Individual Coaching – Specific feedback and coaching cues to keep your training safe, and effective.
