We are very happy to announce that every Wednesday we are down at South Sherbrook Fitness with the Director, Lester Hernandez who is also the Founder of The Underdog Training Method.

Every Wednesday we will be working on everything from improving your bench press and kettlebell work to showing you how can develop your strength and conditioning through planned changes in your training.
