Welcome to your new adventure in Steel Club training !

This Steel Club set will assist you in exploring your strength and improving your performance in your daily activities as well as your physical training. Although the weights may seem "light"

This Steel Club Training Set is ideal for anyone starting their Steel Club Practice or those with experience. 

An excellent feature of Steel Club training and Steel Club exercises is that:

  • you can use one at a time
  • two at a time
  • if you're using two, they don't need to be the same weight

The weight loads of the Steel Clubs in this Set should not be underestimated as the uneven weight distribution will change your perception of weight and make them seem heavier than they are.
